Difference between Draft and Cheque

Banker's cheque

• A banker's cheque is also known as a not- negotiable instrument issued by the bank on behalf of the client which carries an order to pay a defined amount to the particular person in the same location means in the city. 
• A banker's cheque is issued by the bank itself by debiting an account of the payer at the same time. 
• A banker's cheque is safe for the payee because it is an assured payment guaranteed by the bank. 
• A banker's cheque has a validity of 3 months and once it passed, it becomes null. It means after the expiry date gone, a customer cannot sue to the bank for the payment.

Online Payment System in India (Neft, RTGS, AePS)

1. NEFT - “National Electronic Fund Transfer”

• It is a nation-wide payment system .
• One can transfer funds to others though self-account. 
• Applicable to both Account holders and Non-Account holders. 
• Funds can be  transferred through electronic media 
• Funds can be transferred in 12 slots on weekdays and 6 slots on Saturday
• Applicable for those customers, Corporates, Firms,whose bank is entitled with NEFT payment system.

यह दिवस प्रख्यात भारतीय वैज्ञानिक चंद्रशेखर वेंकटरमन की याद में मनाया जाता है।
इन्हें 1930 में भौतिकी के क्षेत्र में नोबेल पुरस्कार मिला था।

2) पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री पी शिवशंकर का निधन हुआ।

3) चीन की टेलीकम्युनिकेशन कंपनी ZTE ने Intel Corporation के साथ मिलकर विश्व की पहली 5G Baseband Unit का निर्माण किया।
इसका निर्माण बारसीलोना में किया गया है।

89th Oscar Awards 2017

The 89th Academy Awards ceremony, presented by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS) to honor the best films of 2016,  held at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles, California. During the ceremony, AMPAS presented Academy Awards(commonly referred to as Oscars) in 24 categories. IHF Hockey Star Awards 2017

FIH (International Hockey Federation) Hockey Stars Awards were conferred on 23 February 2017 in Chandigarh.

This was the first time in the history of Hockey that the ceremony was held to honor best players, rising stars, goalkeepers, umpires and coaches. Belgium captain John-John Dohmen and Netherlands' Naomi Van were named as male and female International Hockey Federation's player of the year, 2016 awards respectively.
