Govt launches carpool app
-› Days before the second phase of the odd-even anti-traffic scheme which begins from April 15, the government today launched ‘PoochhO Carpool app’ to help people explore carpooling options during the 15-day car-rationing exercise. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is being heard in audio and video advertisement asking people to ensure that they follow the odd-even rules.
